Living on the Threshold: Waiting in Darkness With the Promise

A diocesan-wide retreat day on December 7th 9AM- 2:30PM

You are warmly invited to attend this quiet day hosted at St Margaret’s Episcopal Church in Lawrence to explore the rich truth the liturgical season of Advent offers. Guided by The Rev. Lisa Senuta and Donna Kehoe—expect large group learning, personal reflection time, and small group sharing including music, poetry and images—and explore how characters in the opening stories of Luke waited for the promise. Similarly, God meets us on our present thresholds and yearns for us to hear the promise of the Spirit saying, “Do not fear! I have good news for you!”
